Tope Adebanjohas over 15 years mining work experience. He is a champion of opportunity and achieving dreams through investment opportunities in mining of Untapped Riches of Nigeria – Solid Minerals.
A Banker and seasoned Insurer turned mineralogist, Tope developed a unique passion for metals and solid minerals and has since then been in the fore-front for consulting, training, coaching and speaking about untapped riches of Nigeria – solid minerals.
Tope Adebanjo is the Pioneer Managing Director, Borta-Cup Ventures Limited (a mining company) and the Principal Partner & Country Rep Tasaree International Limited (Project Management Company, Trainers and Consultants of metals and solid minerals).
He has also participated in International gemstone tradings such as The London Metal Exchange, German Gem Trade Show, Sri Lanka Wholesale Gem Show, Tucson’s Gem Show Arizona, USA.
He is a Registered member Certified Materials Professionals and the International Project Management Association.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) University of Ballarant, Victoria, Australia and a diploma (Business Administration University of Ballarat, victoria, Australia.
Diploma (Mining Engineering) University of Mines & Technology, Tarkwa, Ghana
He worked with Ariston Goldfields Mining Company, Ghana and was with the Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development rising to the post of Deputy Director of Mines.
He is a member of Nigerian Mining & Geosciences Society and Nigerian Society of Mining Engineers. He has organized various workshops among which are: National mining workshops on mining investment opportunities in solid minerals sub sector 2004 & 2006
Engineer Niran Ajibade

Engineer Niran Ajibade had his professional training in Mining, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in Nigeria and a 30 year working experience in the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development.
He has a comprehensive knowledge of policy, regulatory and operational aspects of the Nigerian mining industry. He served as Secretary to the Presidential Committee on the Implementation of Bitumen Project; worked extensively with World Bank consultants that conducted baseline studies on the various sub-sectors of the Nigerian mining industry; and was part of the team that mid-wived the radical reforms that transformed the mining sector to an attractive destination for global investors.
A member of various professional bodies with intense training, Engr. Ajibade is A Faculty member, he teaches on Training and Consulting.
